WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Warranty Term
Our products come with a professional warranty of 12 months from the date of invoice.
This guarantee is of a professional nature (B2B).
The guarantee rights are subordinated to the customer’s compliance with the obligations of reception, inspection and complaint, in accordance with article 336 of the Commercial Code.
External defects must be reported within 8 days of receipt, and non-apparent internal defects within 30 days of delivery. If these periods have elapsed without a claim, the goods will be considered accepted.
Components considered consumables, such as batteries and chargers, have a 6-month warranty, due to their consumable nature.

Scope of the warranty
The warranty covers only the repair of proven manufacturing defects, provided that they have occurred under normal conditions of use.
The determination of whether or not an incident constitutes a manufacturing defect will be evaluated exclusively by our technical team, after the product has been reviewed at our facilities.
All products are checked and tested before shipment, documenting their correct operation through photographs or videos.

Exclusions
The warranty covers only and exclusively manufacturing defects and does not cover in any case:
- Shocks, falls or impacts.• Wear and tear resulting from normal use.• Improper handling.• Unauthorized repairs.• Damage caused by the ingress of water or moisture.• Internal condensation, whatever its cause.• Damage resulting from incorrect or negligent use.
The warranty will not be valid in case of misuse.

Procedure
The product must be sent to our facility for technical review.
Round-trip transportation costs are not covered by the warranty and will be borne by the customer.
Once the material has been sold, it ceases to belong to Roberto Bruña S.L. and becomes the property of the customer, who assumes responsibility for its shipment.
BRUNA does not act as a transport intermediary and does not assume responsibility for loss, damage or incidents caused by transport companies.
Any claim arising from transport must be handled directly between the customer and the transport company, in accordance with their procedures.

Repair
Once the manufacturing defect has been verified, BRUNA will, at its sole discretion, repair the product.
During the repair period:
- Replacement equipment will not be provided.• Loss of activity, work not carried out or indirect damage will not be compensated.

Limitation of Liability
BRUNA’s maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of the product invoiced.
BRUNA will not be liable in any case for loss of business, economic loss, loss of profit, or indirect damage arising from the use or inability to use the product.
