WARRANTY CARD
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The warranty rights are subordinated to the customer correctly complying with the claim and inspection obligations at the time of receipt of the merchandise.
Manifest external defects must be claimed within 8 days of receipt of the merchandise, and hidden internal defects within 30 days of delivery, otherwise the merchandise will be considered accepted.
The warranty covers the repair of any manufacturing fault, as long as the fault was caused by a manufacturing defect or defect within the normal use of the item in question. An exception applies to the battery and charger, which have a six-month guarantee as they are consumable electronic elements.
If reparation is needed, the guarantee does not cover round-trip shipping costs. Since, once the material is sold, it does not belong to Roberto Bruña S.L. and obviously, in case of loss or breakage of the material by the shipping company, the client would necessarily demand immediate compensation for damages, which we cannot offer, since the transport companies open an investigation, document evidences and have times and protocols that we cannot speed up, furthermore we could not indemnify immediately since it could be the case that sometime later the material was found in perfect condition, and we cannot assess how much a reasonable time is to indemnify. We also do not know what exactly the client is sending, and if other products are included in the shipment package, the exact value at this time of the product after its use, how it is packaged, and wrapped. Those are issues that in all cases we cannot document to the shipping company, and in all cases, it requires us to compensate, as well as photograph and provide evidences that we would not have in all cases. Therefore, we don’t act as intermediaries and responsible for third-party companies. Therefore, we cannot take charge of breakages or losses in the transport of shipping companies.
SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
All products will be reviewed and tested before shipment, these tests will be documented with photos or videos and sent to the customers, proving the material sent is in perfect condition before shipment.
This guarantee will not be valid in cases of misuse.
While the repair lasts, it will not be replaced with another product, nor will it be compensated in any way for the supposed work that has not been carried out, or «lost». We understand that companies that have a lot of activity are farsighted and have similar replacement products for those cases.
